Subscription Terms
1. Plans and pricing
Clarior offers the following plans. All prices are in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) and include 18% VAT.
- Free: Up to 60 minutes across 2 intro sessions. Session length is earned through intake and engagement. No credit card required.
- Single Session: ILS 35, one-time. One 60-minute session added to your account immediately.
- Pro 4: ILS 59 per month or ILS 590 per year. Four 60-minute sessions per month.
- Pro 8: ILS 99 per month or ILS 990 per year. Eight 60-minute sessions per month, with voice-enabled sessions included.
Pricing may change. If you are on an annual plan, your rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription (see section 4).
2. Sessions
Each session is 60 minutes. Sessions are used in the order they were credited: rollover sessions first, then new monthly sessions.
- Sessions do not expire within the active billing period, except as described under Rollover.
- Sessions are tied to the account that purchased them and cannot be transferred to another account.
- The Free tier introductory sessions are shorter (see product for current lengths). Free sessions cannot be combined with purchased sessions.
3. Rollover
Unused sessions from a billing period carry over up to the following cap:
- Pro 4: Up to 2 unused sessions roll to the next month.
- Pro 8: Up to 4 unused sessions roll to the next month.
Rollover sessions expire at the end of the following billing period (one additional month after the period they were earned). Rollover sessions are always used before new monthly sessions.
Sessions beyond the rollover cap are forfeited at the end of the billing period. They are not refunded and do not carry further.
4. Billing
Payments are processed by Grow by Meshulam, an Israeli payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Pro plans renew automatically on the same calendar date each month or year.
- You will receive a VAT invoice by email after each charge.
- Annual price lock: The price you pay when you sign up for an annual plan is locked for the lifetime of your subscription, even if Clarior raises prices later. This lock applies only to annual plans. Monthly plans reflect the current price at each renewal.
- If your payment fails, we will retry once after 3 days before suspending your subscription.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the app at Settings → Subscription. No cancellation fee.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period. You keep your remaining sessions.
- Cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing period (see section 6 for the 14-day refund window).
6. Refunds
- Monthly and annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase, per Israeli Consumer Protection Law (section 14c). Contact billing@clarior.ai with the subject "Refund request" and your account email.
- After 14 days: Refunds are handled case by case. Contact billing support and we will review. We cannot guarantee a refund after the statutory window closes.
- Single Sessions: Non-refundable once a session has started. If the session did not start due to a technical error on our end, contact billing support within 7 days.
7. Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrade (e.g. Pro 4 to Pro 8): Effective immediately. You are charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period at the higher plan rate.
- Downgrade (e.g. Pro 8 to Pro 4): Effective at the end of your current billing period. You keep all Pro 8 benefits until then.
- Unused sessions from Pro 8 that exceed the Pro 4 rollover cap (2 sessions) are forfeited on downgrade. Plan accordingly before switching.
8. Data after cancellation
After your subscription ends, your account enters a 90-day retention window.
- Your coaching data (sessions, goals, tasks, journal entries, intake answers) is retained for 90 days.
- You can export your data anytime from Settings during the retention window.
- After 90 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- You can delete your data sooner from Settings at any time.
