What is Clarior?

A coaching platform where you build a personalized AI coach. You pick a name, photo, and coaching style. The coach remembers you, assigns work between sessions, and builds context over time. It is not therapy, not a companion app, and not a meditation tool. The coach is a character with a consistent voice and method. The technology is invisible. The coaching relationship is the product.

Is this therapy?

No. Clarior is for coaching: goal-setting, pattern recognition, and structured thinking. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for clinical care.

If a session detects a crisis signal, the session stops and shows relevant resources immediately. No content is sent to the AI in that moment.

Who are the coaches?

All coaches are AI characters with distinct personalities and coaching methods. V1 features Israeli coaches with seven approaches: GROW, IFS, Stoic, Scaling, Pattern Work, Somatic, and Values-led. You choose based on the description and how each coach sounds to you. You can switch coaches later.

What does the free tier include?

Up to 60 minutes of real coaching across two sessions. Session 1 length is earned by answering intake questions:

  • 21 questions answered: a 10-minute session unlocks.
  • 47 questions answered: the same session grows to 20 minutes.
  • All 65 questions answered: 30 minutes.

Session 2 is a 10-minute catch-up session, available 48 hours after you finish Session 1. After both sessions, you can pay to continue.

What are sessions? How long are they?

Sessions are 60-minute conversations with your coach. The free tier has shorter introductory sessions whose length depends on how much intake context you have provided.

On paid plans, each session is a full 60 minutes. The coach picks up where the previous session ended. You can use a session on your own schedule within the billing period.

What is Quick Chat?

Short exchanges with your coach between sessions. Free users have unlimited access to the apprentice (the coach's assistant). Pro users also get a set number of real-coach replies each week, resetting on Sunday.

When your real-coach replies run out, the apprentice takes over automatically. The apprentice saves notes for your coach and keeps you on track, but does not give coaching advice.

What is the apprentice?

The apprentice is your coach's assistant. When your coach is not available (between sessions, or when Quick Chat credits run out), the apprentice handles logistics, saves notes for your coach, and reminds you what you are working on. The apprentice does not give advice. Everything the apprentice captures goes into the coach's memory for the next session.

How does the coach remember me?

Everything you share in sessions and intake goes into the coach's memory. Each session picks up where the last one ended. Goals, tasks, journal entries, and habit check-ins are all visible to your coach. You can review and delete any saved information from Settings at any time.

Can I change my coach?

Yes. Free users get one coach switch. Your intake context carries over so the new coach knows your background, but session history does not transfer.

Pro users can switch coaches with full history. The new coach receives a summary of prior sessions as part of the handoff.

What happens when I hit my monthly session cap?

Three options:

  • Add a single session (ILS 35), one-time, no commitment.
  • Upgrade to a higher plan, effective immediately with a pro-rated charge.
  • Wait until your next billing period when sessions reset.
Do unused sessions carry over?

Yes, up to a cap per plan:

  • Pro 4: up to 2 sessions roll over each month.
  • Pro 8: up to 4 sessions roll over each month.

Rollover sessions expire after one additional month. Sessions beyond the cap are forfeited. See the Subscription Terms for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, BIT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed via Grow by Meshulam, an Israeli payment gateway. All prices include 18% VAT. You receive a VAT invoice by email after each charge.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of any subscription charge, per Israeli Consumer Protection Law (section 14c). Email billing@clarior.ai with "Refund request" in the subject and your account email.

After 14 days, refunds are handled case by case. Single sessions are non-refundable once a session has started.

Is my data private?

Yes. Sessions are stored encrypted. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not train models on your conversations without your explicit consent.

Conversations are sent to Anthropic (Claude) in real time to generate coach responses. Anthropic's API policy commits to not training on customer API content. See the Privacy notice for the full picture.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, anytime from Settings under "Data & Privacy." Your coaching data (sessions, goals, tasks, journal, intake answers) is removed from live systems immediately and from encrypted backups within 30 days. Deletion is permanent.

If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You can export before that window closes.
