Terms of Use
1. What Clarior is
Clarior provides conversational AI coaches designed to help you reflect, set goals, build habits, and grow. The coaches are AI characters with distinct personalities and specialties. Conversations are generated by AI models in real time and are not authored or supervised by licensed mental health professionals.
Clarior is wellness coaching, not therapy, medical advice, or crisis care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US: dial or text 988).
2. Your account
You can use Clarior as a guest. To save your progress, you'll create an account with an email address. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Clarior (or older where local law requires).
3. What you can and can't do
You may use Clarior for personal reflection, growth, and coaching. You may not:
- Use Clarior to harm yourself or others, or in any way that violates the law.
- Try to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract underlying model weights or system prompts.
- Resell, scrape, or republish content generated by Clarior without our written permission.
- Impersonate a licensed practitioner or pretend Clarior content is professional advice.
4. Subscription and billing
Your first session is free. Continued access requires a subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Grow by Meshulam, an Israeli payment gateway. We do not store full card details. Refunds follow Israeli Consumer Protection Law (14 days for new subscriptions); after 14 days, requests are handled case-by-case.
5. Your content and data
Conversations, journal entries, goals, and intake answers are your content. We store them so your coach can build context with you over time. We do not sell your content. We use anonymized, aggregated signals to improve the service. See our Privacy notice for the full picture.
6. AI nature, limits, and accuracy
Coaches are AI. They can be insightful, warm, and useful, and they can also be wrong, repetitive, or misread you. Treat suggestions as input to your own judgment, not as authoritative advice.
Clarior makes no medical, legal, financial, or psychological diagnosis. If you're dealing with a serious life situation, please consult a qualified human professional.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Clarior available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paying users.
8. Termination
You may stop using Clarior anytime by deleting your account from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or behave in ways that harm other users or our staff.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clarior's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll notify you by email or in-product. Continued use after notice means you accept the new terms.
